How to Keep Your Kitchen Cabinets Clean & Stain Free

Kitchen cabinets are the most important and vital part of a kitchen décor. The kitchen cabinet's beauty is easily ruined by water, grease, and grime. These dirty cabinets ruin your kitchen appearance making it ugly and dirty.

The best way to maintain a kitchen cabinet is to clean the stain immediately but in most of the cases its not possible. So, the essential thing to get your kitchen cabinet in shape is to remove the stains and paints from your kitchen cabinet. In this article I have elaborated few tips to help you remove stain and old paint from your kitchen which will enable you to get the beauty of your kitchen cabinet back. By using a screwdriver take away the entire hardware, all the knobs, drawers, hinges, doors etc. from your kitchen cabinets

Apply a thick coat of chemical stripper by using a brush on your kitchen cabinets. Leave the stripper for some time until the old paint and stain begins to unwrap or shed.

Use a putty knife to remove all the old paint and stain from kitchen cabinets. Carefully scratch the kitchen cabinets with the grain of putty knife ensuring that you do not ruin/ spoil the cabinet.

Use a medium-grade steel wool to scrub the stubborn areas of paint or stain on your kitchen cabinets. This will remove the stubborn stain and paints from your kitchen cabinets.

Use 220-grit sandpaper to sand the kitchen cabinets surface. Use the sandpaper carefully ensuring that you remove all the paint and stain remaining on the kitchen cabinets.
